This assignment asked students to make an architectural visualization of a home, a common task asked of 3D artists. After an extensive search, I found a home I both wanted to model and for which I could find good schematics: a minimal, yet distinctive home near Thingvellir, Iceland. A challenge in this project was extrapolating certain features not explicitly shown in the plans, but after putting time in, I was able to model the complete exterior of the home and texture it closely to the real thing.
